Securities Leadership Program (SLP)
Designed for securities market regulators, the SLP equips participants with the tools to enhance regulatory effectiveness, market integrity and investor protection.
Executive Leadership Program (ELP)
Targeted at senior executives and board members, the ELP focuses on strategic leadership, governance, and transformation in today’s fast-changing business landscape.
SME Business Leadership Program (SBLP)
Tailored for entrepreneurs and SME leaders, the SBLP strengthens business resilience, competitiveness, and sustainable growth. Participants gain practical skills in leadership, innovation and financial management.
Junior Leadership Program (JLP)
This program grooms the next generation of African leaders. Through mentorship, training, and values-driven education, young leaders are prepared to thrive in business and society.
ALE Leadership Conference (ALELC)
Our flagship annual conference brings together leaders from across Africa and beyond for dialogue, inspiration, and renewal. It is a platform for sharing ideas, building networks, and shaping the future of African leadership.
High Performance Leadership Program (HPLP)
This program is designed to develop leadership capabilities at multiple levels, enabling participants to thrive as self-leaders, team leaders, organizational leaders, and as leaders in challenging and disruptive circumstances. The program is structured into five comprehensive modules, each focusing on critical aspects of high performance leadership.

Governance
ALE has a 3-member board led by Founder/Executive Chairman, Rev. Daniel Ogbarmey Tetteh. The other members are Emmanuel Alex Y. Asiedu, an investment professional with over 25 years’ experience focused on impact investments, leadership and youth development and Mrs. Felicia Ashley, a lawyer and human capital/leadership expert with over 24 years’ experience straddling both the public and private sector. Mary-Rhoda Abor serves as the Company Secretary.
Facilitators
ALE has assembled a fine array of facilitators with practical and proven leadership experience to ensure that the impact of the training/coaching sessions is relevant and unmistakable. Cumulatively, these facilitators have in excess of 200 years of leadership experience at the highest level in public and private service.
Rev. Daniel Ogbarmey Tetteh
Ex-Regulator, (former DG OF Securities & Exchange Commission, Ghana), Ex-Investment Banker, Ex-Lecturer with over 30 years’ experience in the securities industry first as a market player (equity research, asset management) and secondly as a regulator (securities regulation and capital market development).
Mr. Lamido Abubakar Yuguda
Ex-Regulator (former DG of Securities & Exchange Commission, Nigeria), Ex-Central Banker (rose to position of Director, Reserve Management Department), worked as an Economist with the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC, chartered accountant, and investment professional with over 30 years’ experience. Currently a member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Yuguda has also served on several boards in both the private and public sectors including National Pension Commission, Nigeria and International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO)
Emeritus Prof. Stephen Adei
Emeritus Prof. Stephen Adei is a renowned economist, leadership and governance expert, public administrator and theologian of repute with over 40 years’ experience. He has provided leadership and developed other leaders in various supranational organizations including the UNDP and Commonwealth Secretariat; national institutions including Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration which he transformed from a small, under resourced and subvented institute in 1999 to the most successful organization under the public sector reform, National Development Planning Commission, Ghana Revenue Authority, Ghana Broadcasting Corporation and Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana. He currently chairs the boards of over five reputable private organisations. He is currently Emeritus Professor of Leadership and Economics of top rated Ashesi University, Chairman of Accra College of Medicine, and Databank MFUND Mutual Fund.
Rev. Peter Young
Currently based in Australia, Rev. Young is a mining engineer by training, geological engineer by career, human engineer by choice and a Pastor by calling. He is also an entrepreneur, author, life coach with over 25 years of leadership experience/development in leading mines in Africa and Australia. He mentors many people around the world.
Rev. Mrs. Doris Osae-Addo
Doris Osae-Addo is an experienced, results-driven compliance leader with over 20 years proven record of leading enterprise-wide regulatory, risk and ethics initiatives. She brings deep expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects, including global compliance training, policy governance and program oversight consistently delivering measurable results. Trusted by executive leadership and stakeholders at all levels, Doris effectively integrated ethical strategy with business priorities through a pragmatic, data-driven approach that strengthens governance, accountability, and an ethical culture.
Dr. Gillian Hammah
Dr. Gillian Hammah is the founder, GradePoint AI & Chief Marketing Officer, Aya Data. Gillian is a transformative marketing executive and AI innovator with almost 30 years’ experience spanning financial services, investment management, and AI technology across Ghana and Canada. She is also an international keynote speaker on AI transformation and serves as guest lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School as well as an adjunct faculty at NIBS University. Gillian won the AI for Impact Award in November 2025 for her work on advancing AI literacy and developing GradePoint AI for African tertiary institutions.
Esi Eduafowa Sey
Esi Sey is an organization development facilitator and leadership coach with over 20 years’ experience supporting organizations and teams to pursue their strategic visions/dreams of change and supercharge their performance delivery.
Prof. Adelaide Kastner
Prof. Adelaide Kastner, the first Ghanaian and first woman to be awarded the PhD Degree in International Business by Aalborg University in Denmark, has been involved in human capital development for over 30 years with impressive leadership credentials including serving as Dean of the Central University Business School, Advisory Council Chairperson of World Vision Ghana, Board Chairperson of Ghana Immigration Service, and Council Chair of Ghana Christian University College. Prof. Kastner is currently the Dean of Students and Alumni Affairs at Central University and the Interim Head of the Center for Creative Expression and Policy Advocacy.

Meet Our Founder – Rev. Daniel Ogbarmey Tetteh
Rev. Daniel Ogbarmey Tetteh is an accomplished capital markets leader, investment strategist, and leadership development advocate with over three decades of experience spanning regulation, investment banking, and executive education. He is currently the Executive Chairman of MoneyPal Trust Limited and the Academy of Leadership Excellence (ALE), where he continues to champion financial literacy, institutional trust, and leadership transformation across Africa.

• Executive Chairman, MoneyPal Trust Limited – Leading an integrated trust and advisory platform focused on financial literacy, assurance services, consulting, and training.
• Executive Chairman, Academy of Leadership Excellence – Driving innovative leadership programs for executives, SMEs, regulators, and young professionals, with the vision to build Africa’s most trusted leadership institution by 2035.
• Former Director-General, Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana (2017–2025) – Spearheaded the transformation of Ghana’s capital markets through landmark reforms such as the 10-Year Capital Market Master Plan, REIT Guidelines, and a regulatory sandbox framework.
• Former Head of Asset Management & Research, Databank Group – Scaled Ghana’s leading asset management business tenfold and directed award-winning research teams recognized globally.
Academic & Professional Background
Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Systematic Theology & Organisational Leadership, an MBA in Marketing, and a B.Sc. in Administration (First Class) from the University of Ghana Business School. He has also earned international recognition with a Postgraduate Diploma from the Sorbonne University, Paris, and an Honorary Doctorate in Management & Christian Leadership.

A passionate advocate for financial literacy and leadership renewal, Daniel is the author of the bestselling book *31 Days to Financial Independence* and has written extensively on investments and leadership. He is a sought-after speaker at universities, conferences, and professional forums, and continues to mentor young professionals and executives.
Personal
Beyond finance and leadership, Daniel serves as Senior Pastor of New Creation Chapel International in Accra. He is married with children and is driven by a lifelong mission to empower individuals, institutions, and markets through trust, knowledge, and purpose-driven leadership.
